WHISKY CHOCOLATE & GINGER TRUFFLE DELIGHTS

Ingredients: - should make about 24

* 250 g quality dark chocolate
* 100g unsalted butter
* 100g ginger snap biscuits
* 1 tbsp malt Whisky (a Glen Moray would do very nicely)
* 1 tbsp cocoa, sifted

Langoustines in Whisky Sauce with Potato cakes
INGREDIENTS - for four
Ingredients
8 whole langoustines, shells on and split down the middle
2 cloves of garlic crushed
3 oz unsalted butter
salt & pepper
l tbsp olive oil
1 kg langoustines heads and shells removed and de-veined
2 tbsp double cream
2 tsp Malt Whisky (a wee Bruichladdich would be my choice)
Chopped parsley

Adult Pancakes
Serves 2
Ingredients:-
Pancake mix
3 1/2 oz self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 large egg beaten
3 1/2 fl oz whole milk
1/2 oz butter
Whisky Sauce
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 oz Raspberries
1tbsp Whisky (a sweet Speyside Single Malt would do nicely)
2 tbsp double cream
An additional 5 fl oz for whipped cream
