Ingredients:-
Pancake mix
3 1/2 oz self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 large egg beaten
3 1/2 fl oz whole milk
1/2 oz butter
Whisky Sauce
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 oz Raspberries
1tbsp Whisky (a sweet Speyside Single Malt would do nicely)
2 tbsp double cream
