Yesterday, (Monday 25th April) Jim popped into his local Co-op store and whilst at the checkout, a shop assistant was putting a sign up for a bottle of single malt with a third off the price, the bottle in question was an:-

The Festive Season is gone and we now get back into the real world. Over the past week or so it has been quite difficult to find any good bargains in the Single Malt Whisky shelves of our local supermarkets.

Whisky bargains - Whisky bargains - Whisky bargains, the season is now upon us. From now and right up to Christmas all Whisky drinkers need to be on their toes, because the bargains are out there, and are changing and getting better every day.
While Jim was visiting IKEA in Edinburgh, he decided to pop into Sainsbury’s which was only a short drive away, as this supermarket is one of the Whisky Boys favourite’s. Jim was hoping for some bargains in the Whisky department, he did not go away empty handed.
While Jim was doing some shopping in TESCO Cumbernauld, he did his usual sweep over the Whisky shelves looking for some bargains.
This time we have visited Tesco and found a couple of best buys and that these will be ongoing until the 1st June 2010, so boys and girls get on down, these are good savings on some nice malts.
