The kids are off school and we have nothing organised so early on Saturday morning (9th April) I decide, lets go to Islay….
We get on the phone to Margaret at Port Charlotte Holidays to ask if she has any availability for tomorrow until next Saturday, YES she does….
It is now the morning of Tuesday 29th march 2011 and this is our second day as guests of Chivas Brothers (Pernod Ricard). On this morning everyone is moving a little slower than normal this could be down to the long day yesterday or indeed to could be all the fabulous drams we tasted.

It had been another busy week in the Whisky Boys world – so Nicola, Jim, Scott and Jacqueline all got together for a bite to eat and a couple of drams….
Well how did we get on with last months puzzle? Following the popularity of the Crossword in December, we have decided to make the “Whisky Puzzle” a monthly feature and have even added a prize in for “good measure” - no pun intended.
Now lets get our thinking caps on, this is our first Whisky Crossword and we are hoping to continue this on a monthly basis.
